OxRug: Introduction to coaching workshop

OxRug is running a 1-day workshop that will teach you how to create a safe space for coaching, set you up with structure and practices to make the process easier, and give you some tips to get the most out of your coaching.
The workshop starts at 9:30am and finishes at 5pm. We’ll have a long, relaxed lunch where we can carry on conversations from the morning.
