DOPM Meet up – Lean Coffee

Our lovely members have often said how useful it is to have the opportunity at our Meetups to talk about challenges they face or ideas they have tried and want to share. So, every other month we will be holding Lean Coffee sessions.

Somewhere between debate and coaching, these are relaxed and supportive sessions to chat about everything and anything DPM.

The format is simple; bring a topic or two you want to discuss, we’ll setup a little Kanban board, and vote on what to discuss. If you want to find out more, have a look at leancoffee.org.
