We need it now – Workshop with Ryan Brooks

Fixed sprints and predictability sound great. Even so, teams often end up in a flurry of “the business needs it now” issues. Not only do they threaten the flow of work, they also negatively impact the morale of the team. This is most obvious in early stage teams. The survival of the business (or project) rests on each decision and change of tack, right?

Perhaps it doesn’t have to be this way. In this workshop you will come together to talk about what causes the pressures. You will also work to identify quick-fixes and longer-term solutions.
